Can someone explain to me why its so hard to get a job at the Distribution Center? Ive applied for serval years even when i was employed through Lululemon and in addition i have over 5 years of experience in the warehouse. My old store managers were the ones who told me to apply at the warehouse and i’ve received 0 emails and rejection letters and I’ve contacted some of their Talented acquisition team and they say that they will send updates but they never do.
