So I had a GC on my account, and I purchased another one today from someone, and after I added it to my account both cards are gone and I can’t re-add them. Now I’m noticing there is a “email your GC to someone”‘feature that I never saw before. We didn’t do that I just got the #s and added them to my account. Could this be the problem? When I check their balances in the cashstar website they balances represent as they should be. I called LLL but they’re going to get back to me in 1-3 days
I chatted with them today and they said it’s technical issues and to try again later 🤷♀️
My concerns have been relieved! I can’t believe I never noticed the “email someone else your GC” link before lol. And to have it happen at the exact time their payment system goes down. What are the odds?!
