I used to work in Lululemon as an educator, I shop regularly at the store and my wunder trains broke. I bought them in 2022 so I took them to the store to exchange them for a new pair or to get them fixed. I am incredibly disappointed that they changed their quality promise. You’re telling me that I’m spending over $100 on a pair of leggings and if something happens to them I’m stuck with them or I have to pay someone to fix them?? Since when did they stop doing alterations. I am so disappointed. I always spoke so highly of this store and their service but that will change now. Not to mention, I will not be shopping here as much.
