My friends and I had few a completely sketchy experience with Lululemon’s delivery partner - Gobolt. This week, the driver called me to buzz him in, but he was never actually at my building. Since then, my package has been rescheduled every single day for a week. And my friend’s package was stolen by the deliver man. The delivery company customer service is a joke - no phone number, no email, just a bot pretending to be live chat. Zero accountability. Looking at reviews here and online, it’s clear I’m not alone. Lululemon charges a premium but uses this cheap, unreliable service that fails its customers over and over. They won’t change unless their reputation is on the line. How do we make that happen? I don’t know—I’m just frustrated that we pay so much only for them to cut corners and use a sketchy service, it shows that they only care about benefits and not their customers.
