Purchased the winter blissfeel shoes just over a year ago. Wore only for the end of last winter season and part of this winter season. The back of the heels started to wear holes and cause a blister now on the back on my heel. Denied return for quality due to be just over a year. Now I’m left with no shoes. Has anyone experienced this situation? Is this an issue with the shoes? Has anyone else experienced this with the back of the heels wearing away?
