Hi! I’m a longtime Lululemon shopper and I’ve run into a bit of a dilemma. I have a couple pairs of Align leggings that I love but they’ve started unraveling at the seams. I’ve had them for about 2 years, so I know they’re not brand new, but for $100+ leggings I was hoping they’d last longer! Also, I wash all the Lululemon items together & air dry them.

I brought them into my local store hoping for some help, but they basically told me there’s nothing they can do since it’s been over a year and they don’t offer repairs. They offered me 25% off 3 items, but I’m already Sweat Collective, so…not super helpful.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any chance guest services online might be more helpful than in-store? Or is my only option to try and sew them myself (which I might try but my sewing skills are questionable at best lol)?

Would love any advice or ideas. I really don’t want to toss them, especially since they’re otherwise in great shape.
