Internally screaming right now. I’m currently in physical therapy and they did a needling treatment on my traps this week. I didn’t take my shirt off because they just rolled the neck down and tucked it.

Should’ve realized this would stretch the neck. I washed it in hot water but the collar is still wobbly. It’s a lilac color that I’ve had for years and was in perfect condition. Rarely pops up on eBay. Is there anything I can do? :(
