I purchased a pair of sweatpants for my bf and went home for the night. I decided to check the tag to make sure I bought the right size and then realized it didn’t really state if it was the 32" length or not. Checked the website and realized the 32" would be considered tall size.
So I went back about 45 mins before close to confirm I had the right size (I didn’t) and they don’t care tall sizes in store, so they’d need to order it online and ship to me or instore for pickup.
When she was processing this, she put the refund for the original order (paid on debit) onto a gift card and then processed the re-order of the tall fit pants, with the gift-card.
However, if my bf doesn’t like them, does that mean I’m now screwed out of full refund to my card? I don’t shop at LuluLemon at all - most of my pieces are from consignment/thrifting - so getting back $144 on a gift card is going to be incredibly useless and painful. I’m not sure if this is a standard way of processing this type of swap/return?
Let me know, thanks !
