I’m posting to see if anyone has experienced this with Lululemon and how it was resolved.
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the package. Before that, I actually received a notification saying the delivery was delayed, which made the “delivered” status even more confusing.
I contacted Lululemon support and a claim was submitted on my behalf. A few days later, I was told the claim was denied, with no clear explanation other than it “didn’t meet requirements.” They also said they wouldn’t support any further inquiries and suggested I contact local authorities or my bank.
I’m frustrated because the package was never delivered to me, and I feel like I’ve hit a wall with customer service despite providing all the info they asked for.
Has anyone successfully escalated something like this with Lululemon? Or did you end up going through a chargeback with Amex? Any advice would be appreciated.
