Okay i really need some help. I’ve tried to go to both lulu and fedex online and they haven’t offered much help so I’m going to go in store.

To make long story short I ordered the herringbone nutmeg/light ivory 3 times; one arrived with a broken zipper, the 2nd delayed so i bought a 3rd to make sure i could get my size in case it didn’t show up.

The second package has been marked delayed but hasn’t been updated since Christmas Eve, i gave it a little cuz the holidays. I went to file a claim with fedex because it doesn’t seem it will be delivered, but that requires the return address on the package which i don’t know what that is (it shipped from etobicoke, ON I’m in NC, US). When I went to file a claim with lulu and they said it was shipped so i can’t file a claim it wasn’t delivered since it’s still marked delayed. To make things a little more complicated, because the second package was placed in store they returned it onto a gift card instead of my credit card, so i can’t file a chargeback i don’t think?

Has this happened to anyone else? Please help not sure what to do.
