I bought two define jackets today and when I saw the total price I asked the employee if they were on sale because the price was way lower than what it should’ve been at regular price. She said I have the sweat collective discount and I just stared at her and said I have no idea what that is (never heard of it, I’m new to Lulu and opened my account recently). She said umm, I’m not sure why but your account says you have it, it might’ve been my mistake, and she just shrugged lol. I was just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else before?? I’m also confused because when I check my in-store purchase history on my account this purchase doesn’t show up?
