I realized an old Lululemon order never arrived. USPS tracking proves it was shipped but never delivered. Support says they can’t refund me because their system archives orders after 2 years. My credit card chargeback window is also closed.
Has anyone successfully escalated a situation like this? I’m in MA (where the statute of limitations for contract breach is 4 years), so I’m filing an Attorney General complaint. Has anyone had luck getting a refund after the 2-year mark, or is there a specific executive contact I should try?
