I purchased some aligns in January and wore them to a yoga class. I noticed they have a small snag in the back it looks like a little hole. Can add pictures once I get home. I chatted as this is my first time one of my items is damaged. They informed me it was from wear and tear so I am at fault. It was an aquarium yoga class therefore introductory class I wasn’t doing anything crazy so I am shocked that it even got damaged and feel for the $$ it shouldn’t have happed at the first use. Is it a lost cause or is there any way I can get support? I appreciate anyone that has received help with something like this!
