I just bought the down for it all men’s jacket in Size M yesterday for myself and i did try on the women’s one but it really was tight around my stomach area and chest and I like a loose fit to put a shirt on underneath but I can’t help but like feel like I just don’t look like the models wearing the women’s down for it all jacket and so I went for the men’s and It’s comfier, has a double zipper! I started looking at the men’s clothes and some of the stuff looks comfier so does anyone else by stuff from the men’s? Like I hate a tight fitting shirt around my chest / armpits (love a loose baggy tee) but all the women’s ones seem to be tighter (minus all yours tee, I know that).

I wore my men’s puffer all last winter (I’m in Toronto), and I once brought it to a cabin trip, where the weather was -50°C with windchill. I was at a cabin with some family, and that puffer kept me warm when we walked along a frozen beach! Don’t do this, it as brutal weather wise, but gorgeous! We were walking around these amazing frozen waves!

I can’t handle a long coat, because I walk fast and I find myself tripping over my own feet because the bottom of the coat restricts my movement. My cousin calls the side zips on her long coat her “speed zips” and that always makes me laugh. Maybe this year is the year I actually give in and get a longer puffer…🤔

aahhh hello I am in Niagara haha so I know what you’re talking about. I was talking abt the Calgary wind cuz that’s where I went for grad school. But walking on a frozen beach kinda sounds nice! My issue is I heat up like a furnace, so I was always like a long coat isn’t for me bcuz like I can barely tolerate a normal coat (flew home in a hoodie in -36°) but for the Calgary wind it was deffs worth it for walking across campus and throughout downtown. My mom uses my black long lulu coat and my dog pulled her and she fell but the coat apparently had some decent padding and she said it wasn’t too painful 🫢 so long coats have other benefits if that makes a difference 😂😂😂

Hi neighbour! I lived in Niagara for 3 years! I was up in St.Catharines! The wind off the falls is no joke 😭😭

I’m perpetually cold, but I can overheat easily. I’m also that looney toon walking around in -15 with my coat open and a hoodie 😂

I had an older long lulu coat and hated it. The zipper stuck constantly (and is now kind of broken? It’s hard to explain), and it was just a pain to wear because it had only 2 pockets. I might get a super puff this year. I just picked up a men’s parka from my work for my heavy coat!

Oh ya I live in st kits hahah all my life. Did my undergrad at brock! Niagara on the lake and the falls can be WINDY but tbh I always feel like it’s windier in Toronto? But that’s cuz I’m usually around the harbour front or at Budweiser stage. Also yes I am also that person that it could be windy af and I’ll still have my coat undone and a hoodie as well. I also eat ice cream in that weather too outside haha. I had a rain coat from a while ago and it also got stuck and actuallly the hook for u to be able to hang ur coat up also ripped on it. But im actually Impressed w the mens down for it all jacket. But mainly cuz I had a gift card and then my mom (bless her soul) paid for the rest of it so it was 23$ after tax haha otherwise I usually get my coats from Patagonia

Yes lake effect! Where I am it’s not as bad. I got my puffer with a bunch of gift cards for returns I did. I paid nothing! It was great.

The bulk of my coats (now) are L.L. Bean, since I work there. Otherwise I own stuff from multiple outdoor brands. I love Patagucci for the fleece! I own multiple synchilla fleece and love them all.
