Just a note because I’ve seen this in comments and witnessed some confusion in store.

While the US and Canada allow WMTM returns for members (edit: for store credit), this is not a global policy. Australia and New Zealand, for example, are final sale.

Feel free to post here if there are other places that allow or not.

    To clarify WMTM return are only done on store credit in Canada with membership. Without it is considered final sale. I have heard that UK accepts wmtm returns on buyers original payment method (someone correct me if I’m wrong ).

    Hi, In Japan, WMTN is final sale as well as OUTLET purchases. There is no membership system, too.
