I’m just curious, if anyone had an issue with refund not received until you reach out to customer service agent. I returned my item via mail due to ill fitting item on my body. It’s been over 2.5 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund but I did get an email saying Lululemon has received my item 2.5 weeks ago. This is the second time this has happened to me. First time, I think it was durning holidays so I didn’t think much of it. This time, after two weeks have passed, I’m like this is taking a while so I reached out to customer service and they said they have flagged this with their team and I just received my refund back to original payment.

Are they not giving out refunds on purpose until you reach out hoping that many customers won’t reach out?

Usually, I’ll return in stores if I’m in the area since the store is 20-30 minutes away. I thought it would be easier to mail back but it seems I would need to take the item to the store next time.
