Honestly, I’m so angry and upset right now I’ve not even tried on my new clothes.

I was wondering if any of you are located or have any experience of ordering direct from Lululemon shipping to Colombia. I recently made a purchase and paid the $30 shipping fee (not a problem with that). But upon receiving my package I was given a piece of paper saying I need to pay a charge of 246,560COP. I didn’t expect any charge whatsoever and if I did get one i would have expected a ‘handling charge’ that the company charges for dealing with the package.

For context/ detail:

I ordered a pair of leggings and bra valued at $158.10. The paperwork states this correctly. BUT, and here lies my problem, they added $0.79 and $49.94 (flete) that took the value OVER $200. They then charged 19% (166,000) of this new value PLUS an 80,560 for handling it.

To say I’m disgusted with FedEx is an understatement. I spoke with the guy but obviously he just delivers. I said I’ll pay it and then deal with FedEx after.

Has anyone else had these imaginary charges? Am I right in thinking this is wrong and disgusting or are they justified with it?

• I know lululemon is nothing to do with this and my issue is solely with FedEx.
