I LOVE my Chargefeels, but I keep getting holes in the fabric where they crease the most.

Two answers I’m looking for:

1. I don’t want to abuse the Quality Promise, so please tell me if I am using it incorrectly!

2. If my case is eligible for QP, what can educators see on your profile? I’m embarrassed and don’t want to seem like a tool :/

Some details about my QP history:

First pair: June 2023- Sept 2023. Got a hole in the fabric after a week of walking in Europe. Got them QP’ed.

Second pair: Sept 2023-April 2024, holes again! Didn’t do anything particularly rough, just wore them to run errands. Got them QP’ed again.

Third pair: April 2024-current. Just noticed the first hole in the fabric! Didn’t do anything special again, just running errands.

Are these sneakers just not for me?? Is anyone else having this issue? I love these sneakers but I am so embarrassed about QPing them, and I don’t have the funds to keep replacing them every few months.
