I bought a pair of joggers on Boxing Day on sale. I wore them one time and a whole bunch of the stitching started coming out in both pockets. So I brought them back to swap for a different pair.

Apparently those joggers in that color are brand new and must have been a singular online return that got put on sale because the location hadn’t had any at that point and didn’t have anywhere else to put them. This seemed to confuse the team member who was doing the return for me.

I was then told I had to pay the difference between what I bought them for, for what they are selling for now. I feel like because I’m returning them on a quality guarantee for the exact same piece - I shouldn’t have to.

What do you all think?
