Has anyone ever had this happen to an order. I received notification that my item shipped and then later that evening I opened my app and it and it said it was canceled by the seller. I reached out to gec via chat, and they assured me that my package was not canceled and it was shipped, even though the app said to reach out to them because there was an issue and it was not deliverable. I checked again this morning and it said the same thing and I spoke with someone else at gec who told me the package was shipped and that the only reason why it says canceled is because I needed to reach out to a gec so they could tell me it’s been delayed. None of this makes sense
