Hi everyone!

Made my first lulu purchase during the holidays. During the first wear, the string in my Wunder train leggings snapped even before I got a chance to workout in them.

I returned them via a quality issue form (also, within 30 days of purchase, not after years of usage) because a customer support rep assured me that the reimbursement would cover a full cost of the leggings, so I could replace them, since they can’t process an exchange internally.

Now, as I’m waiting for the return to be processed, support reps said it’s gonna be the amount paid, not the full amount.

Is there any way to resolve this? Because had I known that the return would be for the amount paid, I’d just taken them to get repaired instead of returning them🫠🫠🫠
