Lululemon sent me the wrong item and then said they would send fedex to come pick it up. I have had to travel for work this week, so I made sure I was home the day they said they would come and then they did not show up. I’m not going to keep an item outside my door for multiple days (package thieves in nyc exist). Can i just keep the item at this point? Why am I wildly inconveniencing myself if they can’t even stick to a pickup schedule
