Wondering about others experience with lululemon quality promise. I purchased a pair of winter blissfeel shoes just over a year ago. Unfortunately the back of the heels started to wear away causing the fabric to roll up and cause a blister. I cannot wear the shoes now at all due to this. It is mostly on one shoe but when I look closely I can also see it starting on the other shoe as well. I submitted a quality promise form but they denied it saying it was over a year. Has anyone had this problem with these shoes? And I know they are saying it’s over a year but it’s only really a few weeks. Is it really that sticky that they can’t make an exception when it’s that close to a year? What experience has anyone had with this situation for the quality promise request when it is so close and just over the one year mark? Any idea about what to do? Now I have a pair of shoes that are not usable and they were the winter shoe so they were only worn for a few months at the end of the season last year and part of the season this year.
