Hi everyone, so I got a virtual interview w lululemon for an overnight product operations educator & in super excited, I want to be as prepared as possible and get as much tips as I can get & I also have some questions.

I used to be a flight attendant with American Airlines, unfortunately I had to quit due to my college requiring me to attend classes in person. So i’m not new to group interviews whatsoever, however I know lululemon probably operates their interviews a lot different than an airline would lol.

What does lululemon look for? In terms of appearance, personality, work style?

Chances of getting hired? (Have 6 years of experience in customer service & a bachelors degree).

What’s the interview process like? Any tips or advice?

Pros & cons of working at lululemon? Is it easy to transition to working corporate if you already work there?

How should I go dressed to the interview? (Hair style, outfit, makeup etc)
