I purchased a jacket from a website, and after just one wash, it was badly torn. Unfortunately, the return window was over 30 days because I didn’t use the jacket immediately after receiving it. I followed the care instructions, but when I took it to the store to return it, the staff informed me that they could only offer an exchange. So, they sent me a replacement.

At this point, I’ve grown to dislike the jacket and worry that it will get damaged just like the previous one. I don’t want to deal with it or wear it. Instead, I would prefer store credit so I can purchase other products—something I know will last longer. The quality is definitely going down hill and I don’t think I will make any future purchases with this brand.
