I chatted with an educator after I received a pair of shorts that seemed way bigger compared to the same thing I have in a different color. They set up a return for me and sent an exchange pair in the same size, hoping it was a one off thing.

I did not return the first pair yet because I wanted to compare the two. Just got the replacement pair and turns out they are just as big. I spoke to an educator again and they set up another return but they already refunded me for the first pair.

Sooo I have two pairs of shorts, a full refund, and I guess two pending returns, though when I look at my orders it does not say a return was started (unsure if the status changes before it is actually shipped though).

My question then is … do I have to return them at this point? Or since the return is started on their end, if they don’t receive it they can take my money back or something? A little unethical (apologies to any Lulu workers reading this), but would love to give them to a friend who would fit in them if I could.
