i made a bit of a pricey purchase last tuesday and the tracking still says awaiting carrier pickup. i reached out to GEC because normally i have received my package by now, and they said if it doesn’t update today i can reach back out tomorrow to get a refund or reorder. will they have to go through a trace for this package or will i automatically receive the refund? i just hate to be out all this money for weeks if they have to do an investigation on it. anyone have any insight?
