I got the heathered natural ivory Wunder Puff in 2023, less than 2 years later the material is covered in snags and pulls all over. For a $300 jacket I expected it to last longer. The problem is it’s over one year old and I don’t have proof of purchase as it was a birthday present (but it did only release in Aug 2023). If I brought this into a store would they do anything about it?
