I’ve had these sweatpants for 4 years? I think they’re the ABC Classic Sweatpants. I have 2 other pairs and most importantly, I’ve noticed they’re developing holes on the underside.

Is this something I can stitch and fix? Am I doing the laundry incorrectly (smaller loads, medium temperature wash, medium temperature dry for 1.5hrs). Sorry if I sound like a dunce; my fiancé left due to her own mental health concerns and I’ve been trying to just manage and live a meaningful life.

If anyone has encountered this and wants to provide insight I’d be appreciative. If it’s time to just retire these garments let me know. I included a photo of one of my cats just for fun.
