So I’ve been an avid lululemon shopper since 2015 and the main thing that kept me shopping here for so long was the quality. Lately, the quality has definitely seemed to go downhill and last year I had to utilize the quality promise for the first time. I had 2 different items that I had only worn a couple of times that both had different issues, and I was able to quality promise them. I bought my husband some shorts from here for his birthday last month and after the first wear and wash (I was all lulu on delicate in separate laundry bags and air dry), there was a hole forming in them. I submitted an online quality promise and it was denied. I had the receipt showing they were only a month old and I explained they had only been worn once. I know they changed their rules with quality promise since people were abusing it, but what even qualifies as a quality promise anymore? It really makes me not want to shop them anymore knowing that if an item is a month old and worn once and it falls apart immediately then you’re just out of luck. Didn’t lulu used to stand behind their quality?
