So I has 6 items that went on sale a week after I bought them. I went onto the live chat and asked for a price adjustment and they said I’ll receive an email gift card in the mail in 1-2 days. I never received it. Ive gone back to live chat 4 separate times now and they keep telling me they’ll send a new one but I never receive it.
Ive my spam and ive confirmed its the right email address.
Anyone have this issue with them?
