I love and own a lot of Lululemon pieces, but don’t like to buy in-store these days as a lot of people tried the clothes on before you buy them.

I am curious if the online orders’ clothes are brand new that no one tried them on since they were shipped directly from the factory? I’ve shopped from online a few times and the clothes always came from a plastic bag that feels that no one tried them before.

Also, it is always nice to use a new email for the 15 percent off on full priced items while you don’t get this discount when shopping in a physical store unless the staff that day honors it. The Lululemon shopping bag is the only perk left for in-person shopping in my opinion.
