I ordered 2 swiftly tanks and used one of them once. The swiftly tank bunches and rides up from the bottom. Both the tanks are within return window. I called my nearest store and they said they cant do anything about the tank that bunches up. Is there any recourse for me for the tank that I cannot use at all?
