Currently I’m using Columbia rain shell jacket that feels like plastic to the touch and makes noises when I move. I take long walks and after 20 minutes my body starts to feel very humid inside. I have an old lululemon jacket that is amazing but it doesn’t have a hood and I haven’t seen that material in the store ever since. Please help me out
