Anyone ever had their package delivered with nothing in the box? The white shoe box was in the delivery box….minus the shoes 😩

Agent on live chat says I need to wait 24 hours after delivery to start my claim, so I guess I’m doing that tomorrow.

Any advice? As soon as I picked up the delivery box I knew something was wrong… 😑
