I live in Canada and received a Heathered Mink Pink Waffle Scuba Hoodie for Christmas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit too oversized for me. My local store doesn’t have my size in stock. According to the app, there is one available at a store about 5 hours away for in-store pickup. I do have someone who lives near that location who could pick it up for me. My concern is around the return and payment process. I can return the hoodie to my local store, but I understand the refund would go either to a gift card or back to the original purchaser’s credit card. I’m hoping to secure the correct size without having to pay out of pocket, unless it’s possible to refund the return to my credit card so I can then use the gift card from the return. However the sweater is now on WMTM/end of the year sale…which it’s returns onto a gift card.

I’m wondering if anyone had been in this situation or if there flexibility 🥹
