Ive been going to my local store a lot recently trying to find this set. They never received the Valentine’s collection — not once did I see anything with hearts in store. Recently I saw that a store several states away (Alabama) had the exact set I’ve been trying to get, so I called just to see if they’d be willing to ship it to me.

They said no.

Totally understand stores have their own policies, but I’m curious…is this pretty much the norm now? Are send sales just completely off the table at this point, or do some stores still do them occasionally?

I want this set so bad I’m struggling to accept the answer 😭 any advice on tracking down items when your local store never gets them?
