I ordered a valentines item but it arrived w makeup stains so I contacted GEC to see if they could at least give me a credit because it was sold out so I couldn’t do an exchange.

Is this a normal solution? I haven’t received a refund and it makes no sense why they would ask for it back if I said I still wanted it but was just annoyed it came all stained (thankfully stains came out in wash but still you know).

I emailed them back but haven’t received a refund or really anything so I am wondering if it is even worth reaching out again?
