Hi, I shipped my items back today to Lululemon and was wondering what the process is going to look like. Are they still going to inspect in person and make a decision or should I expect a refund/gift card because they initiated the return so I should be OK? Like can they send my items back if during the in-person check they don’t find an issue with it? For me it was the scuba tapered sweatpants that looked so washed out and faded within a few weeks. I sent them photo of Vince and they sent me a return label. Should I consider that I’ll get the refund now or is there still a way for them to say no?

Can someone please talk about their experience returning items for quality issues. Thanks!
