Hi everyone — I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
One day my lululemon account basically vanished. All of my order history, saved favorites, and everything in my closet disappeared.
What’s strange is I was able to create a brand new account using the exact same email address — almost like my original account was wiped or deleted.
I’ve been going back and forth with Guest Educators, but so far no one has been able to restore the old account or explain what happened.
Has anyone experienced this?
Were you able to get your original account back?
If so, how did you escalate it?
