I think it’s absolutely insane that in the year 2026, with AI being as prominent as it is everywhere, the Lululemon app still does not have a scanning feature to detect the exact color of items we’ve purchased from them. Why can’t we sort by color in the “my closet” tab?? We can semi-sort by sizes (and even then, that only applies to certain items)… you cannot convince me that they don’t know their app is years behind compared to their competitors! As someone who has over 100 align color variations, same with shorts, and sports bras, the process of keeping track of which items I have in which color has become incredibly inconvenient and time consuming. Matching things takes so long!!! Lulu UX team, if you’re reading this, please add this feature to your near future pipeline if it is not already there! Rant over.
