Tag is just wrong, no tearaway feature and stitching sucks.

Material is AWFUL. Not butter-soft, just itchy.

No size dot in pocket.

Not going to lie, most of my items are purchased from the LikeNew website or from the outlet location near my hometown. Especially if those items are still on the original website, I know I can save a little bit of money. That being said, I ordered a black define jacket from LikeNew because I wanted a simple color compared to the other ones I have. I received it today and knew immediately after taking it out of the package that it wasn’t a real item. Every time I look at it, I find something else wrong. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure how something like this could be missed. I reached out to customer support and of course since it’s a Sunday, I’ll have to wait to hear back. Just a little bummed because I had been looking forward to this package all week and was let down.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with LikeNew? How was it resolved?
