Hi! I have never returned wmtm items so Just curious about wmtm return windows people have been able to return for store credit. I was a few days over I didn’t realize & was told there’s a strict 30 day policy for store credit & that I need to call a number they highlighted & strongly complain about new policy & they may let me return.

Has anyone actually gotten any help calling the 800 number for a wmtm return? Or am I sol & pay better attention to 30 day window if I ever need to return again
