I really don’t know or understand why LLL can’t or won’t offer more reflective gear options for the darker times of the year. The accents on their running leggings seem to be more for styling accents than safety features.

I’ve got a set of base pace leggings that have generous reflective features, but I got those a few years ago and seems to have been a one-off? Plus they’re too thin for dead of winter use.

Towards the end of the holiday sales, I “found” this top in the on-sale section. Since I’m on the constant look out for this type of wear during the winter months, I was a bit taken aback that I didn’t notice them on the website earlier, but I guess that’s a good thing since I was able to get these on markdown. I got both the white and the black.

As you can see, these are highly reflective! They’re great in that regard. The fabric is heavy, but not soft nor plush like other half or quarter zips that offer warmth on cold runs/outings. It is warm though, with pockets that button for security.

I wish LLL would make items like this a regular thing for both tops and bottoms like their competitors do!
