Any advice would be incredible - I received this jacket in an envelope addressed to me. Inside is the packing slip for Madelyn on the UES. I’m assuming that Madelyn has my Hotty Hots and Fast & Free’s in her envelope with my packing slip for Brooklyn.

Any idea of next steps? Would customer service be able to connect us to do a drop off exchange at a store or something? Really hoping they’re a member of this sub! I’m so sad and upset about my order🤞 Help and thank you Lulu fam! ♥️
