Totally heartbroken because I have an Enlite bra whose hook and eye was damaged after wearing it 3 times. And I was not even running with it on. 98 bucks.

It was gifted to me and the person who bought it doesn’t have the receipt anymore. I read some stuff online, but I am not sure what chances I have of getting help from them in any way, since I don’t have the proof of payment. I’ve bought some Lulu products in the past and I have no returns, so a “clean record”.

Did anyone here have a similar experience? How did it go?
