I just received the snow warrior parka and it’s a really nice jacket but I hate the straps inside. They dig into my back and it just feels like there is rigid stuff that shouldn’t be in my jacket.

Does anyone know if these are removable? There are buttons on them, but they almost look like they’re permanently closed rather than functional buttons. I tried a little, but I’m scared to use too much force in case I end up needing to return it for this reason. Am I wearing this jacket wrong somehow? TY!!
