Despite the issues I’m having with the waistband (brand new pair has a wrinkly waistband) I’m considering sticking with these shorts since I can’t find any better. I measured a few shorts I own along with my fav pair of pants that are size large. Those are my ideal measurements for shorts/pants, wouldn’t mind a cm shorter but nothing less than that.

* Old Navy L: 45 cm (35.43 in)

* Uniqlo M: 39 cm (30.71 in)

* Lululemon M: 37 cm (29.13 in)

* Lululemon L: 40 cm (31.50 in)

At 160lbs the Uniqlo shorts were already on the verge of being tight and I have an athletic build. At 185lbs now I don’t feel comfortable at all in a Lululemon L. I have a 34” waist. Was wondering if someone could measure the waist of their xl shorts laying it flat and let me know, would really help me out here.
