Whenever I try to shop for Align leggings and groove flares, I see that most (if not all) models are wearing size 6. Is this their true size?

I am size 6 for Align & groove flares and these models look way skinnier than me. Also even among the models, their waist sizes look different but they all seem to be wearing size 6.

I am not sure if they just say they’re wearing size 6 when they’re not?

I’m just wondering if I got my sizing wrong. Technically I can fit comfortably in a size 4 as well but the waist band for Align kept digging in so I bumped up to size 6.
