Hi there! I’ve had countless email exchanges and calls with Lulu support to no avail, so I wanted to see if anyone on here had any similar experiences?

I got the new pink Lulu mat two weeks ago. The first time I used it in a hot yoga class, slowly, my entire mat was stained green from my sweat. I didn’t have any lotion/perfume or anything like that on. Ive tried scrubbing it off and they’re literally stained? I also have a Lulu mat that’s about 2 years old now, and have never had this issue before.

I went to the store, explained my issue, and they gave me a free exchange. The associate explained it must’ve been a factory issue or something. Today, I used the new mat for the first time in a hot yoga class, and AGAIN, it’s started to stain green everywhere I sweat.

Considering how much they are, and the fact that these mats are supposed to be built for (hot) yoga/sweat, I’m pretty frustrated. I’ve barely heard anything from Lululemon, beside them saying they will give me a free exchange again. My concern is that I’m just going to keep getting new ones, that will continue to stain. Has anyone experienced this with the new mat or have any input?? Any feedback/insight would be much appreciated :)
